Municipal Law/ Government Relations: We represent local municipalities, political subdivisions, and specialized taxing bodies in a wide range of matters regarding local government and municipal law, including zoning, land use, ordinance drafting and enforcement, property tax issues, municipal finance, Sunshine Law issues, annexation, and the development and extension of municipal utility systems. We focus on helping our private clients handle relations and negotiations with governmental agencies at all levels.

Family Law and Divorce: Our office can represent you in a wide-array of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, post-dissolution enforcement and modification, relocation, and paternity matters. We understand the unique challenges and difficult decisions family law clients face. We strive to exceed your expectations and will show unwavering dedication to solving any domestic or marital issue.

Criminal Law: We represent those who have been charged with a crime, and those who are targets of a criminal investigation, in all criminal matters, including DUI (drunk driving offenses), drug crimes, theft crimes, white collar crimes/fraud, sex crimes, violent crimes, juvenile crimes, and federal crimes. The experienced trial attorneys in our office are former prosecutors and will work to prepare a comprehensive strategy to attack any criminal charge.

Civil Litigation: We represent individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, property tax litigation, municipal litigation, and contract disputes.
